Tracey Junius Lightfoot of Richmond, VA, passed away on November 27, 2024, at the age of 42. Born on August 13, 1982, Tracey was known for his warm, gentle nature, often described as a gentle giant who brought laughter and love to all who knew him.
Tracey attended Elkhart Middle School and graduated from Huguenot High School. He spent his professional life as a dedicated forklift operator, working for several different companies. Beyond his career, Tracey had a passion for music, and loved to DJ at many venues, and served as the Road Captain for the Kingz & Queenz Car Club, where he was beloved for his dedication and camaraderie.
Tracey is survived by a loving family: his mother, Juanita Price; children, Caleb Brown, Isaiah Brown, and Serenity Jefferson; sisters, Shayla Graves, Tequilla Suggs, Lauren Allen, and Alexia George; his aunts, Dr. Carla E. Lightfoot and Kathryn Lee; his grandparents, Gilbert J. Lightfoot and Louise Price; and his granddaughters, Kaloni Brown and Ka'Leyah Brown. He also leaves behind numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends who will miss him dearly.
Tracey was preceded in death by his father, Gilbert Tracey Lightfoot; brother, Omar Lightfoot; grandmother, Constance Lightfoot; aunt, Sandra Price; and cousin, Danielle Clark.
Tracey's life and legacy will be remembered for the joy and caring he shared freely with the world. His gentle spirit, humor, and big bear hugs will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
A viewing will be held from 10 a.m. - 7 p.m. on Friday, December 6, 2024 at Wilson & Associates' Funeral Service - South Chapel, 1215 Richmond Hwy, Richmond, VA.
A Celebration of Life service will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, December 7, 2024 at New Deliverance Evangelistic Church, 1701 Turner Rd, Richmond, VA.
