Robert K. Cole

Robert Keith Cole, affectionately known as "Bobby", was born in Richmond, Virginia, on March 8, 1972. He departed this life on July I0, 2025, at the age of 53, when he was called to a construction site not made by mans' hands in the heavenly realms. He was preceded in death by his father, John Albert Williams "Frog", and mother, Brenda Joyce Cole "BJ". 
He is survived by his high school sweetheart, and wife, Tanya Tyree; sister, Karol Cole "Chee Chee"; sons, Robert "BJ", Bryce and Noah; daughters, Precious, Tricia, and Brianna; three aunts; four uncles; three grandsons, one granddaughter, and a grandchild yet unborn; along with a host of cousins, nieces, and nephews. 

Bobby was educated in Richmond City Public Schools, and was a graduate of George Wythe High School, where he met the love of his life, Tanya Tyree. 
Bobby began working in the construction field at the age of 12. Over the years, Bobby became well-known as a master drywall finisher and home renovator. There was nothing that he could not build, or repair. 

Bobby was a great father, grandfather, nephew, cousin and friend. He truly found joy in life and lived it on his own terms. He leaves behind a legacy of family, and a host of close friends. 
Bobby embodied a sincere and fun-loving nature to all he met. He never met a stranger. He will truly be missed. 

A funeral service will be held at 12 noon on Thursday, July 17, 2025 at Second Baptist Church, 3300 Broad Rock Blvd., Richmond, VA, with a viewing held one hour prior to the service.

Interment will follow at Riverview Cemetery, Richmond, VA.
