Mario A. Lewis

Mario Anthony Lewis was born August 4, 1988 to Mary E. Lewis and Michael A. Bryant. He passed away suddenly on November 19, 2025.

Mario attended Henrico Public Schools and graduated in 2006 from Henrico High School. He was employed in various jobs; most recently he was employed by Glaad Services LLC, in Glen Allen Virginia as an Executive Logistics Operator.

Mario is the proud father of three children: Journey Alia Lewis, Mario A. Lewis, Jr., and Marsaun Ayden Lewis. He will be remembered as a loving and caring father who was very involved in the lives and well-being of his children.

Mario leaves to cherish his memories: his mother Mary Lewis, father Michael Bryant (Brenda), Brother Roderick Lewis, Aunts; Annette D. Lewis, and Patricia A. Lewis, Uncles; Michael Lewis (Wanda), Charles R. Lewis, Jr., John Bryant, Carlton Bryant (Felicia), Darryl S. Bryant, and Shawn A. Bryant; Grandmother Lannie Lee Lewis; along with special friends: Jabari Adkins, Reese Braxton, Chasity Almeida, Terrell Adkins, Jerrell Rowe and Michael Brown; and a host of cousins and friends.

Mario was very friendly to everyone he met; always happy, cheerful, giving, and full of life. He had a big forgiving heart and a true friend to those who knew him. He will be dearly missed by his family, friends, and other loved ones.

A viewing will be held from 10 am - 7 pm on Friday, December 5, 2025 at Wilson & Associates' Funeral Service, 5004 Nine Mile Rd., Richmond, VA. 

A funeral service will be held at 11 am on Saturday, December 6, 2025 at St. Paul's Baptist Church, 4247 Creighton Rd., Richmond, VA.

Interment will follow the service at Oakwood Cemetery. 

The family is receiving services of comfort from Wilson & Associates' Funeral Service - East Chapel, 5004 Nine Mile Rd., Richmond, VA.
