John Edward Otey, age 83, of New Kent, VA departed this life on August 8, 2020.

A funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Saturday, August 15, 2020 at Wilson & Associates' Funeral Service - East Chapel, 5008 Nine Mile Road, Richmond, where viewing will be held one hour prior to the service.

Interment to follow service at Mt. Calvary Church International Cemetery, 5200 Mountcastle Road, Providence Forge, VA.
