Jeanaleen "Jeana" Halloran was born October 2, 1990, and was raised in the Mt. Orab/Batavia, Ohio area. She later made her home in Virginia in 2019. Jeana passed away at home in Chester, Virginia on Monday, January 19, 2026, at the age of 35.
Jeana was preceded in death by her grandparents, Ova and Rosalind Neal, Carolyn Kortier, Larry Mullen, and Gene and Stella Laffleur; her uncles Gary Mullen, Glen Mullen, and Greg Mullen; her aunt Debbie Porter; her beloved nephew, Carson Moore; and her best friend and love of her life, Desmond Suggs.
She is lovingly survived by her three children, who were the center of her world: Destiny (17), Qwentyn (11), and Zyaire "Boogie" (5). She is also survived by her mother, Coleen Neal, and her father, John "Rusty" Halloran; her sisters, Patricia Dean (Tray), Rayleen Day (Ron), and Sarah Fiscus (Grant); and her brother, Ova Halloran (Lauren). Jeana will be deeply missed by her nephews Adrian "Boo," Patrick, Carter, Jordan, Nate, Liam, Cayden, Bentley, Yohannes, Kingston, and Keegan; and her nieces Nylah, Shylah, Tatyana, and Kaleeyah. She is also survived by loving aunts and cousins, and countless close family friends who loved her dearly.
Jeana had a heart full of love and passion, wrapped in a tough exterior. With close friends and family, she always had a way of lightening every room and situation with her jokes and infectious laugh. She had a deep passion for art and music, and her spirit and creativity touched everyone who truly knew her. Her love, laughter, and presence will be remembered always.
A funeral service will be held at 4 p.m. on Saturday, January 31, 2026 at the Wilson & Associates' Funeral Service Chapel, 5004 Nine Mile Road, Richmond, VA, with a viewing held one hour prior to service.
