James Burnette Pettis, Jr. age 75, of Richmond, VA , departed this life March 8, 2026.

A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, March 16, 2026 at Triumphant Baptist Church, 2003 Lamb. Ave. Richmond, VA.

There will be no viewing.

The interment will be at 12 Noon on Tuesday, March 17, 2026 at Heritage Memorial Cemetery, 13472 Popular Hill Road, Waldorf, MD.

The family has entrusted services of comfort to Wilson & Associates' Funeral Service - East Chapel, 5004 Nine Mile Road, Richmond, VA.
