James Walter Jeffries, age 79, of Richmond, VA departed this life on May 25, 2022.

He is survived by four children, Roland Jeffries (Rhonda), Jamie Jeffries (Melanie), Sean Jeffries, and Christopher Jeffries (Danniece);  step-daughter, Lamonica Patton, two sisters, Glennis J. Short (Eugene) and Glenda J. Frisby; aunt, Eilzabeth Bridges; and host of other relatives and friends.

A viewing will be held from 10 a.m. - 7 p.m. Friday, June 3, 2022 at Wilson & Associates' Funeral Service - South Chapel, 1215 Richmond Hwy., Richmond, VA where a funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, June 4, 2022.

Interment will follow at First Baptist Church of Midlothian Church Cemetery.
