Herman Franklin Rivers, Jr., age 68, of Richmond, VA departed this life on on March 19, 2025.

A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday, March 28, 2025 at Providence Park Baptist Church, 468 E. Ladies Mile Rd., Richmond, VA, with a viewing held one hour prior to the service.

Interment will follow at Forest Lawn Cemetery, Richmond, VA.

The family is receiving services of comfort from Wilson & Associates' Funeral Service - East Chapel, 5008 Nine Mile Rd., Richmond, VA.
