Herbert Lee Evans, age 52, of Highland Springs, VA departed this life on November 3, 2024.

A viewing will be held from 10 a.m. - 7 p.m. on Friday, November 15, 2024 at WIlson & Associates' Funeral Service - East Chapel, 5008 Nine Mile Rd., Richmond, VA, where a funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, November 16, 2024.

Interment will follow at Oakwood Cemetery.
