Fernando Sherwood Armstead, age 60, of Highland Springs, VA departed this life June 9, 2026.

A viewing will be held from 10 a.m. - 7 p.m. on Wednesday, June 17, 2026 at Wilson & Associates' Funeral Service - East Chapel, 5004 Nine Mile Road, Richmond, VA.

A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, June 18, 2026 at Rising Mt Zion Baptist Church, 2705 Hartman Street Richmond, VA.

The interment will follow the service at Union Baptist Church Cemetery, New Kent, VA.

The family has entrusted services of comfort to Wilson & Associates' Funeral Service - East Chapel, 5004 Nine Mile Road, Richmond, VA.
