Born on March 8, 1959, Ella Michelle lived a life defined by quiet strength, unwavering kindness, and a deep devotion to her family and friends. Though she has departed from this earthly life, her spirit now rests peacefully in the loving presence of the Lord. Ella Michelle will be lovingly remembered for her gentle nature, compassionate heart, and the warmth she shared with all who knew her.

She is survived by her beloved daughters, Katina Johnson and Latonya Dunaway; her cherished granddaughter, Mikaella Smyre; and a host of relatives and friends who will forever treasure her memory.

A viewing will be held from 10 a.m. - 7 p.m. on Friday, March 20, 2026 at Wilson & Associates' Funeral Service - East Chapel, 5004 Nine Mile Road, Richmond, VA.

A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, March 21, 2026 at Trinity Baptist Church, 2811 Fendall Avenue, Richmond, VA.

Interment will follow the service at Oakwood Cemetery.
