Hearts were saddened to hear of the passing of Charles Irvin Scott, Sr., age 98, of Richmond, VA on November 24, 2024. 

Memorial services will be held on Saturday, December 14, 2024 at 11 a.m. at Fifth Street Baptist Church, 2800 3rd Ave., Richmond, VA.
