On August 31, 2024, Burrell N. Bassett, age 73, of Providence Forge, VA peacefully answered the Master's call.

A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, September 7, 2024 at Parrish Hill Baptist Church, 12401 John Tyler Memorial Highway, Charles City, VA, with a viewing held one hour prior to the service.

Interment will follow at the Parrish Hill Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family is receiving services of comfort from Wilson & Associates' Funeral Service - East Chapel, 5008 Nine Mile Rd., Richmond, VA.
