Bertha M. Easter

Bertha Mae Easter, age 87, of Richmond, Va. departed this life on May 13, 2023. She was preceded in death by her husband, Linwood Easter; and son, Emmanuel Vaughan.
She is survived by one son, Raymond Vaughan; two daughters, Karen Collins and Regina Peyton (Darryl); eight grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; daughter-in-law, Rose Mayfield; two devoted sisters-in-law, Shirley Jones and Rose Hoover; and a host of family; adopted daughters/sons; church family; and friends.

A viewing will be held from 10 a.m. - 7 p.m. on Thursday, May 25, 2023 at Wilson & Associates' Funeral Service- East Chapel, 5008 Nine Mile Rd., Richmond, VA.

Private funeral services will be held 12 Noon Friday, May 26, 2023 at Anointed Fellowship Praise Church, 5000 Probst St., Richmond, VA.

Interment will follow at Oakwood Cemetery.
