Ms. Susie Marie Whitaker, 57, of Richmond entered into eternal rest on February 3, 2012. She is survived by her son, Rodney D. Whitaker; grandson, Quan Giles; four sisters, Jean Dickerson (Paul), Jeanette Jones (Paul) and Barbara and Diane Whitaker; six brothers, Earl, Michael, Lewis, Vernon, Allen and Larry Whitaker; and a host of nieces, nephews and friends. A viewing will be held 4 - 8 p.m. on Thursday, February 9, 2012, here at the funeral home, where a Homegoing Celebration will also be held 1 p.m. Friday, February 10, 2012 in the W. J. Celebration of Life Center. Interment will be private.
