Mr. Robert Franklin Wagstaff, 78, of Richmond entered eternal rest June 26, 2011 at Retreat Hospital. Known as “Frank” or “Mr. Jefferson” to everyone, he was born June 12, 1933. He leaves to cherish his memory, one daughter, Debbie Wagstaff-Johnson (Bernard); two grand-daughters, Angel and Ashley Rowlett; and a host of nieces, nephews and devoted friends. A viewing will be held from 4 - 8 p.m. Friday, July 1, 2011 here at the funeral home, with the family receiving friends 6 - 7 p.m.. A Homegoing Celebration will be held 2p.m. Saturday, July 2, 2011 at Mt. Tabor Baptist Church, 2011 Fairmount Ave.
