Mrs. Laverne B. Robinson, 74, of Glen Allen, formerly of New York, departed this life July 2, 2011. She is survived by her devoted husband of 53 years, John W. Robinson and four loving children, Tyrone,Kevin, Philip and Carol, along with the Carneal family, a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, neices, nephews and a great many other loving friends and relatives. A Memorial Service will be held, 2 p.m. Thursday, July 7, 2011 , here at the funeral home in the W. J. Wilson Celebration of Life Center.
