Mr. John Edward Muse, 66, of Richmond entered eternal rest on July 7, 2011. Left to cherish his memory are his mother, Lucy Louise Muse; brother, James Allen Muse (Shirley); sister, Lucy Allen Thornton (Whitman, III); a devoted stepdaughter, Yvette Harris; and a host of other family and friends. A viewing will be held from 2 - 8 p.m. on Tuesday, July 12, 2011, here at the funeral home, with the family receiving friends from 6 - 8 p.m. A Homegoing Celebration will be held 1 p.m. Wednesday, July 13, 2011, here at the funeral home in the W. J. Wilson Celebration of Life Center. Interment will follow at Oakwood Cemetery.
