Mr. Joseph M. Bailey, 60, of Richmond found peace from cancer on July 9, 2011. He was preceded by his parents, Earl Sr. & Elizabeth Bailey; two brothers, Earl Jr. & Stuart Bailey; and sister, Hudie Bailey Pleasants. His memory lives on through his two daughters, Monique & Brenda; grandson, Nigel Battle; two siblings, Joyce Bailey DeBerry and Anthony Bailey; aunt, Louise Bailey Acree; and host of other family and friends.A Memorial Service will be held 3 p.m. Saturday, July 16, 2011, here at the funeral home in the W. J. Wilson Celebration of Life Center.
